House across street from beach w/unobstructed view

This property and area are soooo nice! The house is in a dead end street and secluded area with no traffic other than the people living/staying there. We have always stayed in North Myrtle Beach and will probably not go back to staying there after being in Surfside. There was an abundance of good restaurants, shopping, groceries and great coffee/bakery spots which was important to my family! Broadway at the Beach was a 15 min. drive which was nice. I don't know if it was the area or because we stayed the week most kids went back to school, but there was a lot less traffic than we were used to for North & main Myrtle Beach areas. Another advantage was Murrell's Inlet was 20 min drive and we went to walk the pier and take in the sites. It was full of bars and restaurants that we hope to try next year. The pool was clean and maintained by a pool company and was a nice size that fit everyone comfortably. The kitchen was large with plenty of cabinets for food and was fully stocked with kitchenware. The front porch was large with 2 high top tables and chairs for 8-10 people. The management company was quick to respond with a maintenance person arriving within an hour for a minor oven issue. The owner was also very quick to respond to any email with questions or concerns. The management company sent numerous emails in advance of the trip with lots of information about our stay & things we would need to know. This was a fun family trip that will not be forgotten!

We had an amazing time staying at this beach house for our girls trip with 14 women! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and access to the beach was super convenient, which made our stay even better.One area for improvement would be the mattresses and pillows in the apartment section of the house; they weren’t the most comfortable. I did mention this to the property management company, and they told me they have mattress toppers available, so I wish I had known that earlier. Also, we were told we’d receive a text when the house was ready for check-in, but we never did.Even with those small hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for a large group get away!

The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with private beach access! We had family from MD, MI and TX coming together and the home had space for everyone. The property owner was very nice, attentive and returned calls within hours. I remained in constant contact with the owner during our stay. She sent someone out to unclog a tub and remove mold from a bathroom wall. She also promptly sent over an exterminator to provide info on the bug (roaches) situation. He was very nice and informative but was not able to spray because he was close to his limit for the year and will spray once we leave. There was a constant presence of roaches throughout our stay (even one in the fridge) so it resulted in us not preparing meals in the home. Previously owning homes in NC and SC, I understand the bug situation can be difficult to manage.
