About this house rental
House is in SW Fort Wayne. Beautiful, new edition. house is in a cul-de-sac. Quiet, safe family neighborhood. Less than 2 miles to I-69/Illinois.
Have 5 areas for sleeping (10 people), but have lofts, couches, sofa sleepers, air mattresses, crib, etc can accommodate up to 14 in 5000 sq ft. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedrooms downstairs in a fully finished basement. $150 cleaning fee.
9' & 10' ceilings on first floor. 9' ceilings in basement. Open floor plan. Dinette is a hearth room with 2 way fireplace. Master bedroom with picture window, vaulted ceiling Master bath w/separate vanities, whirlpool tub, Large kitchen with breakfast bar and open hearth room.
Playset in backyard with new 2 level 1000+sf composite deck with access from either upstairs or walk-out basement.

Perfect house for us for our mostly adult family. We could spread out and have some privacy, yet still be together

Wanda has a beautiful home with plenty of space for a large group but it would also be suitable for a small family. Though it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is close to restaurants and shopping which is very convenient. We had 7 family members that stayed and we had more than enough room to spend time together or have some privacy when needed. We were able to cook family meals in the gorgeous kitchen and we even did a couple loads of laundry. The guys played football in the back yard while the ladies visited by the fireplace. Staying here was so much better than being stuck in a hotel room. We were all very happy with our stay.

My one sister and her husband, my baby sister, husband and two kids, my mom and me and my husband went to a wedding at the Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I wanted a place where we could all be together and have a mini reunion since we all live in different states. Wandas house was the perfect place to stay. Lots of room and everyone had a place to sleep. The neighborhood was safe and very quiet. The location was good, it only took us 15 minutes to get to the theatre. Shopping was close by and it was easy to get around. Wanda was helpful in recommending a restaurant and helpful in dealing with how things worked in her home. If your looking for space this is the place to rent.
