This beautifully remodeled and furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage, heated pool and spa just 300 walking steps from the white sandy beach is the perfect vacation home away from home. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the Mid-Island, it sleeps six.
The brand new kitchen includes 42” wall cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom with en suite bath and walk in closet is fully furnished with a king-size bed and a flat screen TV.
There are two other guest bedrooms; one with a queen bed , the other with a full and a twin bed.
The beautiful furnished living room has a 65 inch flat screen smart TV and an electric fireplace.
The covered lanai features a heated pool and spa with brand new outdoor furniture for your pleasure and relaxation.It provides a great relaxing past time alternative for the whole family!
The House is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and about 1 mile to Times Square and the new Margaritaville.
The house rents to families and adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required.
The months of January, February, March and April rent for a minimum of four weeks or longer.

Loved your VRBO in Ft.Myers. It's location was excellent. In a quiet neighborhood close to restaurantsand shops. 1 block from beach access and had everything that we needed to go to beach including a wagon to transport items. Really enjoyed the pool and patio area on the canal.The unit was very clean and organized with everything where and how you hope it would be. Sometimes pictures oversell a unit. Not this one. I would stay there again and will if I return to area. Our host was very responsive when we had questions they were addressed promptly.I would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was very clean, modern, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The pool was fantastic, as well as the whole patio. It was a very close walk to the beach, which was practically empty every day. Wonderful and quick communication with the hosts as well. We will definitely be returning!!

This house is everything you need and want! Our family of 5 were very comfortable in the space. We loved the pool and hot tub! My kids, all under 12 years, didn't want to ever get out! The one day there were dolphins in the channel too! And we caught a red drum and a few lady fish. The hosts were great! Fast communication. We didn't have any issues. There was a wagon with beach chairs that we walked to the beach with. The beach near the house was not busy. There is a Publix 4 minutes down the road. If we ever come back to Fort Myers Beach, we are staying here again!

Exceptional clean home close to the beach. Walking distance to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Outdoor pool and spa are fantastic in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood.
