About this house rental
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at this charming, historic, beach cottage near Heisler Park and Laguna Village. Within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, galleries, grocery store, farmer's market (Saturdays) and more. Free trolley pick up less than a block away for Sawdust Festival, Pageant of the Masters and Festival of the Arts, which are musts for first timers in Laguna. Less than 30 minutes to John Wayne Airport (Orange County), Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm. One hour from Sea World, San Diego Zoo & Wild Animal Park. One hour from Los Angeles and San Diego Airports. Sleeps 2-4 but is not recommended for children. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with cal king size bed, 2nd bedroom offers a trundle bed. May be used as one twin or two twins which can be moved together. This is a small room, however so this would not be an ideal set up, except at night. There is a loft with a built in foam twin twin and plenty of space for air mattress, which is available (loft has steep, ladder-like stair case-not recommended for children). One half bathroom and one full bathroom with shower only. Large private, fenced yard ideal for BBQ & entertaining. Plenty of linens provided. Clean and comfortable. Garage with washer/dryer. 31 day minimum. $4000/month + VRBO fees.
