About this house rental
The Bow Wow Bungalow is a 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow where your dogs welcome to come! Fenced in, spacious yard with lots of shade. Large living room and full kitchen. Screened in front porch. Deck. Quiet neighborhood. Only 2 blocks from dog friendly beach!! NOT SUITABLE FOR DOGS WHO CLIMB OR JUMP FENCING!

KITCHEN:
* basic necessities provided (pots, pans, utensils, dishes)
* full size refrigerator with top freezer

* no dishwasher

* table with 4 chairs
Spacious LIVING ROOM includes:
* sofa & chair
* cable TV
* entrance to screened porch
MASTER BEDROOM has:
* queen size bed
* dresser & closet
* private small porch out of sliding glass door
2nd BEDROOM has:
* bunk beds (top is twin, bottom is double)
* closet & dresser
BATHROOM:
* tub/shower combination
* linen closet with additional towels needed for bath
No washer or dryer will be available, but a Laundromat is in the vicinity.
All of this is located on a 1/2 acre, fenced-in lot. There are 3 separate fenced-in areas with gates separating each. Gates may be opened for 1 larger area.
Supplies provided include:
*2 starter rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll paper towels
* Several Trash Bags
*6 sets of bath towels, face towels and washcloths
*clean sheets already on the beds
*kitchen supplies including: plates, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, and some basic spices
* additional OLD sheet for covering living room furniture
BRING YOUR OWN:
*dog crate
* dog food bowl( s)/ bucket provided for water
* beach towels & equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.)
**Bed covering if dog sleeps with you. Please remove bed spread if your dog sleeps with you and keep in closet.
* insect repellent
* multiple flashlight(s) for night time navigation

The Bow Wow Bungalow was incredible! Very clean and so comfy.
My two pups enjoyed the huge, fenced-in yard and I loved relaxing on the spacious porch.
My doggies and I will definitely come back.

Very clean. Great fenced yard for pets. House well equipped for your stay. Host very responsive. Nice friendly neighbors. Convenient to beach. Highly recommend. Will return.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay until the last two days. The air conditioner went out. As it was a Saturday morning, the owner said could not get anyone in to fix it until Monday. She shared with us where we could get a couple of fans from another part of her property.
We used fans and opened the windows for the next two days (only half of them could be opened).
The next day, our bulldog had a heat stroke. As it was a Sunday and we were out of town, we struggled to find an emergency vet. We found one in Panama City, 45 minutes away, plus time to get a large bull dog down the steps.
As he could not be revived, he was euthanized. When we checked out Monday morning, the HVAC repair person came by to replace the faulty part on the AC.
We were reimbursed $125 for the inconvenience.
