About this house rental

Welcome to Asheville NC Land of Waterfalls, Brewery’s, Great restaurants, and world class hiking/Mountain biking. This home is centrally located to all of it. Wonderful home in Fairview about 16 minutes to downtown Asheville. Great place to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Spectacular view or relax by the fire. Enjoy this newly built home with memory foam mattresses on the king and queen beds. The home has a Large front porch to enjoy the view. The fire pit with freshly split wood awaits!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and tucked away in the mountains. We even saw a bear! The hot tub was nice after a day at Biltmore. The beds were so comfy! We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Inside very clean. We were a little disappointed in the neighborhood simply because there is not a lot of privacy. Neighbors right next door. Not much privacy in the hot tub or the fire pit area. Other than that we loved the location for the easy travel to wherever we went! Would recommend to others!
