The property is brand new, very clean and comfortable. The room was very big with TV and heating system. Restroom was right outside the door. The host did not meet us, but contacted us with instructions on how to access the facilities. Plenty of free parking.
A little expensive but within the average of the area. The bathroom was not in the room.
