Clear directions to reach and enter property.
Excellent communication and very friendly owner
Spacious bedrooms
Separate toilet and shower room and also a downstairs toilet.
Good kitchen facilities inc. dishwasher
Sauna available at extra cost (we didn't use as we visited during a heatwave!)
Helpful advice as to local footspa just down the road.
Not a dislike but a possible improvement idea if there continues to be an increase in spells of hot weather in Germany: investment in some fans would be helpful as even with the shutters kept closed during the day it was difficult to get any air through. Note for other guests - we stayed during a heatwave 39/40°C so unseasonably warm.

We visited family in the area and the location was excellent. The host was friendly and helpful, the place was spotless and spacious, and everything we needed (and more) was there. They even had some flyers for local restaurants.
We definitely will be back on our next trip to the area!
The only thing I can think of would be an additional trash can in the main bathroom (there was one in the -separate- half bath)
