The apartment is spacious clean Japanese style design overlooking the canal. Lots of green plants, wooden floors nice ceramics.
5th floor no elevator. Public parking with extra payment not far from building. Area midtown but not walking distance to old center

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The place was perfect for group travelers, and the host was friendly and responsive.
Just a heads-up: the property has stairs, so it might be a bit challenging for those with heavy luggage. Also, there was a slight drain smell in the master room. However, overall it was a very comfortable and happy stay — good enough that I'd love to come back
