    The location is very near to chenang city, easy to buy food, chocolates, spa. The room clean. Would like to suggest Management to add rack to hang our towel/cloth inside the toilet

    The hotel is been really good and happy with the hospitality of the team. I celebrated my first year anniversary with my wife and the hotel gave a complementary room decoration and the rooms are very nice (ours is suite 1) its been really a great experience. Honest review, the cleaning sweeping of the floor could be better but overall is okay. The owner is really nice and kind person and glad met him and chat about the resort. Thank you Telaga Village Resort Cenang!

    We had a pleasant stay at Telaga Village Resort in Langkawi. The location is excellent, right by Pantai Cenang, with convenient on-site parking. If you're staying mainly around the Cenang area, you may not even need to rent a car, as most restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance. For places like the Langkawi SkyCab, taking a Grab is an easy and affordable option. The breakfast was good and offered suitable options for both adults and children. The staff were also accommodating and kindly prepared breakfast based on our requests for the kids, which we really appreciated. As this is a resort surrounded by nature, it's normal to encounter some insects, including ants, in the room. Housekeeping was provided daily, and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. The main drawback was the room size. It felt quite small for a family of four (two adults and two children), leaving very little space to store luggage or move around comfortably. An additional shelf or some extra storage space would make the rooms much more practical for families. Overall, Telaga Village Resort is a good choice for its location, friendly service, and family-friendly breakfast. If you're travelling with young children, just be aware that the rooms are compact and storage space is limited.

    When checking in we told them we want to extend and they said on the day of extension they will inform us and after 3 night the next morning I call to extend until 6pm and they refused saying room already booked and the Malay receptionist was super rude. Think her name was Eka. Customer service skills was 0. She was racist I guess.
