Celebrate New Years in luxury with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony! I own a beautiful executive suite, unit #1422, fixed week 51. New Years week is available with check-in on Monday, December 28, 2026 and check out on Monday, January 3, 2027. I also have a floating week available. The suite is centrally located and sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen size beds and a queen size convertible bed with two private baths. Book today to ensure your ideal holiday vacation!
The resort: Sunset Beach, a world class award winning 5-star resort, is a gated, guarded private community located on a private beach only accessible to resort guests. Located on a 2.5 miles stretch of pristine white beach on the Pacific Ocean, just 1 mile from lively downtown Cabo San Lucas. A spectacular resort with elegant accommodations, lush gardens, meandering waterfalls and intriguing fountains--an oasis of beauty surrounding impressive stone villas that range down a hillside toward the sea. Something magical happens once upon arriving at Sunset Beach…you will want to return again and again.
All-inclusive option: guests can enjoy all inclusive privileges with 14 different dining options plus daily theme parties, and 12 different bar options (including the bars and restaurants of Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort & Spa and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos. This option can be per-purchased through the resort or when checking in.
Activities: there are six separate pools with swim-up bars, hot tubs, and separate “zero-depth” areas for the kids, and an adult only pool. The resort boasts an award winning European spa, deluxe fitness center with daily classes, tennis courts, beach volleyball and activity center. Daily activities are posted at the main pool. Other amenities include five restaurants, a variety of bars, delis, boutiques, wedding chapel, nanny service and high-speed wireless internet service.

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Beach and enjoyed all the amenities and access to the sister properties. The food was delicious with plenty of choices - we loved the new food hall! The unit was clean and spacious, and the best part was the double balcony and view of the ocean! Would love to come back!

We loved our week at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. The owner of this rental was excellent to work with. She answered all of my questions. She also made my requests known to the reservation agent at the resort. We had a lovely unit in the area of the resort I requested. My only disappointment was that the one bedroom units closer to the beach have two queens instead of a king. Other than that our stay was perfect. I would definitely rent from this owner again and would recommend her highly for her timely responses and follow through to all my questions.
