About this house rental

Ceramic tiled entry and bathroom, walk in shower and separate claw foot tub on lower level. Walk out basement with direct access to trail system. Newly landscaped with large lawn area. Home was completely gutted with brand new electrical, plumbing & heating systems installed. Spray foam insulation was added to be energy efficient and eliminate outside noise. Was the perfect location to do a couple day trips to our favorite places on the North Shore. Close to Black Beach, Palisade Head and countless parks and waterfalls.

The house is so cute, comfortable and fully stocked with supplies. The only thing missing was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It probably said that in the listing information but I did not read it close enough. We brought our own since having it supplied is not a given so it wasn't a big deal. The host met us when we got there to make sure we knew how everything worked. The listing is for 4 people and this is the limit due to their renter agreement with the county. Do not try to sneak extra people including kids because it will be an issue! Again didn't apply to us but a good note for future renters.Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and would consider renting it again in the future!!
