Just a short walk away is one of Falmouth's most popular beaches. Soak in the warm calm waters of Buzzard's Bay or explore the marsh and its many channels just behind the dunes of Woodneck Beach. At high tide, you may want to take the canoe or kayaks (included) out for a paddle on Little Sippiwissett Marsh. Just 3 miles from the shopping, restaurants and bars of downtown Falmouth and charming Woods Hole, the Hex offers an ideal balance natural beauty, tranquility, beach and water activities and the conveniences your home town. Your pets are welcome and will love hanging out on the deck which can easily be gated off.

The house was musty and not as clean as expected upon arrival. We overlooked the air conditioning situation, but the weather was mild so it wasn’t an issue. Fans did great keeping the air moving.Loved the outdoor shower, the hall shower doesn’t drain well. Took time after the shower was done.Canoe seat was broken, so we didn’t use it, and older grand son got swallowed up in the muck so he changed his mind about kayaking lol.Issue with dryer was quickly resolved. Thank you for the extra night as compensation for our troubles.Loved the location and accessibility to the beach, town center and bike path. The back porch was awesome for bird watching, watercolors and morning coffee! Overall it was very lovely and comfortable home for our stay on the cape. Thank you!

Superb property. Really great place for two bird watchers. We set up our scope and were able to watch many species enjoying the marsh. The “gate” to close off the deck was less than ideal or useful. It was a plastic baby gate that I couldn’t really figure out how to secure. I did not reach out to the host about this. Luckily we had an extra long leash and were able to tether our pup. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. Quick walk to the beach. Went swimming every day. Our favorite time to go swimming at the beach was around 5pm and come back to having dinner on the beautiful deck! Very peaceful, clean and nice! ;)
