This Hualalai Palm Villa is a spectacular three bedroom, three bath, two-story Hualalai villa on popular Waiulu Street at the world renowned Hualalai Resort. The Resort is home to the Four Seasons Hualalai, regarded by many as the #1 Resort in Hawaii. This exclusive Hualalai Villa is on the Four Seasons Hualalai property and just minutes by golf cart from the hotel's front door. Situated on the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Golf Course with ocean views, there is nearly 3000 sq feet of indoor living area, including an open 'great' room upstairs, AND a separate living room downstairs.
This beautiful Hualalai Rental is the perfect set up for the discerning traveler. In addition to a spacious indoors, there are 3 sizable lanai ( including one large covered space) making this one of the largest private villas at the Resort. The oversized downstairs lanai opens to a manicured lawn area, and there's an ocean view terrace on the 2nd floor with either golf course or water views from most rooms. This property has undergone a recent renovation with new flooring, paint, furnishings and artwork done by a top design team. Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date.
