Exquisitely furnished 1bdrm New York loft style luxury condo with interior brick, and Brazilian hardwood floors throughout. Stainless steel island with industrial grade updraft and ventilation system. Granite counters throughout kitchen and master bath. Flat screen 3-D television with your favorite apps (e.g., Netflix, Hulu Plus, etc.), high-definition cable, 3D Blue-Ray player with glasses, local phone service and high-speed wireless internet. Unit also has separate laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer.
Property is conveniently located across from the Wells Fargo building downtown, and within walking distance to some of the city`s finest restaurants, and shopping at the McArthur Center Mall - to include movie theater. Access to new light-rail train system is directly accessible upon exiting the building, with plenty of access to other means of public transportation. The night life is incredible, with daily functions at two of the city`s convention centers. They are both immediately accessible and are only a few steps away from the loft. Easy access to major interstates and tunnels. Major airport located only 15 minutes away. Access to Greyhound within one block walking distance.
Minimal Interaction with guests. But I do check in from time to time to ensure a quality stay.
Great night life. Directly across the street from the Scope Arena (all major shows/activities/sports are played). McArthur Center Mall is one block away. Plenty of restaurants, and venues for shows. Waterside Drive is a short stroll away. Nauticus Museum is in the inner harbor of Waterside, where the USS Wisconsin is permanently docked for tours.
Light Rail directly located outside of condominium. Free concierge transportation for downtown residents to all areas of downtown. Amtrak to Washington, DC conveniently located about five minutes from downtown. Greyhound station one block away.

Maurice was helpful before during and after my stay. The home is perfectly equipped for anything you may need to do. I highly recommend this lovely home for your time in Norfolk! The sheets and towels were high quality and the washer/dryer makes it easy to pack light and do laundry while you are living in your temporary home! There was not one thing I needed that wasn't already supplied ! When I travel there again in FEbruary, I will be staying here again ! :
Make sure you eat at Jack Brown's Beer and Burger and also Field Guide!
