Completed in 2009, House 203 is a modernist cottage located just two blocks from the beach. Cutting edge architectural elements combine with high-design furnishings and accessories, allowing you to relax in style. From its private pool, to its luxury amenities, House 203 provides the ultimate setting for your Tybee Island getaway.

House 203 was featured as 1 of 8 houses on the Tybee Island Tour of Homes.

Modern, but cozy. Luxurious, yet quirky. Furnished with pieces by Charlie Lazor, GUS Modern, Kartell, Modernica, and Flemming Busk, House 203 has serious design cred...yet maintains a Tybee soul.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, House 203 truly is a great home-base for a Tybee vacation.

House 203 sits in a perfect location, mid-island. Two blocks from the mid-island beach, one block from the grocery story, and a 5 minute bike ride from the pier.

Kitchen + Living Room:
Kitchen features include custom cabinetry, counter seating, stainless steel appliances. Also, a microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and toaster.

42 inch Sony LCD HDTV, WiFi, and Bose IPOD dock.

Sectional seating, arm chair, and giant beanbag. Wool shag rug = cozy underfoot. Book and game library.


Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms include glassed in, dual shower head showers. Private, but with plenty of sun light.


Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with queen bed has private bathroom. Guest Bedroom is relatively small in size with a Room and Board bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) and small desk area. 3rd sleeping area if needed is on Sun Porch.


Sunroom/Dining room:
Double, 10’x10’ garage doors open up to the pool area. The Eero Saarinen inspired tulip table seats 4. Lounge area includes DWR platform sofa-bed and lounge chair.


Pool and patio:
House 203 boasts a small heated pool. Sun loungers on the deck and lounge chairs on the patio allow you to soak up the sun...or the shade. Pool open year round; heater is not in use during the summer. We charge $75 for use of Pool heater.

Front patio features outdoor table for eating and charcoal barbecue.


Extras:
Covered entry leads to laundry room and private outdoor shower. House rents with 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, boogey boards, and kids beach toys.

Parking:
Parking for two cars only.

Check-In is at 4:30pm. Check-Out is at 10am.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
* Disclaimer* We have a strict no pets policy however, we do bring our pets to the house when we stay. For those with allergies, please note, there are dogs at the house occasionally. Also, the pool heater can only heat about 20 degrees above ambient weather. We do charge a pool heating fee however we cannot guarantee the pool will be warm when the weather dips into the 50s.

The house was great. Pool was nice. We had it heated. Glad we did. Great location. We bicycled everywhere. Grocery store around the corner was very convenient. We had the chance to see the chinook lift the buoy. We hope to return soon.

Overall, the stay was great. Location absolutely perfect as it’s walking distance to whatever you may need on the island. Julianne communicated very well with us as we did have a few issues arise. Beds were very comfortable and we all really enjoyed the outside shower after full days at the beach. The pool was nice and warm. The entire patio area is very inviting with all of the plants in the seating. I would certainly return for weekend trip with close friends.
