About this apartment rental
Condo Unit 148B is located on the 1st floor of Building B, near the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Renovations completed April 2022 include the master bathroom, kitchen, and hall bathroom. It is a short walk to the ocean and Quarter Deck beachfront bar/grill. The unit is handicap accessible.
Our condo sleeps six. There are two bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. A queen- size sleeper sofa is located in the living room.
The unit is equipped with 3 flat screen TV’s. The living room and primary bedroom have Smart TV's which allow streaming to Netflix, Hulu, Roku, etc. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. All Linens are also provided.
The kitchen has updated in 2022 and contains stainless steel built-in appliances - microwave, dishwasher, smooth-top electric stove - fridge with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and crock pot/slow cooker.

We absolutely loved this property. If you have children the convenience of the location is amazing! There’s an indoor pool and hot tub literally right outside of the unit. The lazy river and splash pad are right across the parking lot. I would 100% return back to Myrtle Beach Resort. There are minor things in the unit that needs updating. Like the master bedroom needs a new mattress. It was very very annoying the way it squeaked with EVERY little movement. The balcony definitely needs some TLC the carpet is full of holes. We did use 2 of the beach chairs that were out there, but the bucket of beach items left behind needs to be emptied, nothing was really useful but the chairs and maybe the umbrellas but we didn’t use them. The shower in the master bedroom also had me frustrated because I hate to feel like the water is filling up on my feet while I’m showering. It wasn’t because of sand, it was because of the leveling of the shower. Overall I’m not sure if I’d stay in this specific unit again but I will 1000% be back to Myrtle Beach Resort.

The property was not as expected. Issues with security, not owners/host fault. Several issues but was handled with ease. The view was not as expected. Condo had some updates but entire complex is outdated.
