Can Marti Cirerer by Sealand Villas

Lovely modern apartment and well equipped. It’s right at the top of the Pine walk- so about 20mins walk into central Puerto Pollensa- but this walk is gorgeous! Please note the entrance to the villa has the name ‘Llenaire’ on the glass gate - which is how you enter the property beside the pool- not ‘Sealand Villas’. That threw us! But Google maps will bring you to the right place!

Only one set of keys- we were a group a 3 - but not a big thing.

Très belle appartement, bien agencé, avec de l’espace. Un extérieur vraiment sympa et agréable. À proximité de la mer. Je recommande vivement cette appartement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Conciergerie disponible et réactive pour toute question.

The 3 bed apartment is one of 6 apartments set in a lovely quiet area. Kitchen was well kitted out including large fridge freezer , microwave and washing machine . A few yards in the main road and then you are at the start of the beach with a great restaurant Swing , and beach bar across the road . Local spar is less than a minute away.

The outside decking at the pool was damaged and unsafe , the pool also hadn’t been cleaned as there was green algae around the pool . We didn’t report this as one of the owners of the other apartment we met had already reported it to the maintenance company that maintained the grounds . The washing machine didn’t work which we reported . The company were very prompt to respond but the men that came out to fix it arrived at 10am on the morning we were leaving the apartment so wasn’t much use to us .

Great location, spacious, clean and lovely decor. Good restaurants within walking distance and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

There were a few minor things needing some attention - the iron wasn’t working properly and was at the end of it’s life, the toaster didn’t work and generally it could have done with some more basics in the kitchen area. The shower head in the en-suite bathroom didn’t stay up on it’s own, and needed fixing. For the price I would have expected all of these things to have been in tip top condition. It would also be good to have a second set of keys as to leave the apartment you have to use the key to lock the door, and then leave the key in the key safe outside, so it’s hard to go in and out unless you’re all together at the same time.
