About this house rental
Oceanfront contemporary on private beach with fantastic views of Union River Bay and the mountains of Acadia National Park. Floor to ceiling windows in the first floor living area allow for spectacular ocean and natural views. Two bedrooms and bath are located on the first floor and two bedrooms and bath on the second floor. The walk-out basement overlooks Union River Bay and includes two bedrooms, a second family room, a second laundry and a second kitchen. The loft area is equipped with a billiard table and leather seating looking down upon the living area or toward the breathtaking views of Mount Desert Island.

This property does NOT disappoint. This was our second year here. Michael is the perfect host, attentive and kind. The home is extremely well appointed and meticulously cared for with everything you could want from a chefs kitchen to water sports equipment and more. And the VIEW!!!… its the best. Beautifully landscaped lawn, a garden of flowers around the entire property so perfectly loved. Thanks Michael - looking forward to our third year in 2027.

Amazing location and the house had all the amenities of home and then some! Our family of eight had plenty of room and space to accommodate all of us comfortably.

Michael goes above and beyond to make your stay feel like home. This was the best VRBO experience we ever had. He thinks of every little detail. Unlike most properties he has everything you need and the property is beautiful. If we come back to Maine we will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at this VRBO and would absolutely recommend it! The owner was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, quickly answering any questions we had before and during our stay. He even met us at check-in to give us a walkthrough of the property and provided his personal number in case we needed anything, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a peaceful setting and easy on-site access to the water. We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks, canoe, and fishing equipment, which made it easy to get out and enjoy the surroundings without having to bring our own gear.We had a wonderful trip and would gladly stay here again!
