- Modern appartements with all facility needed.
- Quite close to city center
- Balcony
- We rented three apparments, two were good, but one of them was not ok (old). The apparments were on different location.
- Expensiv parking.

Location, Facilities , Cleanliness and proximity to buses.
A single line as to how to operate the electric stove would be useful for guests who are more used to gas hobs.
The leaving instructions on getting rid of rubbish was a bit over the top. Having told guests about disposing rubbish in the bins in front of the property, I did not think that it was then necessary to tell guests not to leave it in the hallway or on the roadside.

The property is in a great location, very close to Trondheim centre. Facilities were first class with a washing machine, dishwasher, shower and cooking facilities. The bed was very comfortable.
