Emma Beachfront Apartment by Sealand Villas

The property was spacious and in a convenient location.

None of the furniture is comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on a wood table, the living room couch is very uncomfortable- it’s too low and the sear is so deep that no-one could get comfortable. The back couch on the patio offers no support so that you just can not sit and rest. Very poor design. The people above were very loud and allowed their children to run around at all hours. They slammed doors and were quite annoying. The doors in our unit were loud to open. The knob fixtures could probably use some lubricant. There are lots of rocks in the ocean in front of the unit. The beach here is nice, but it’s not one where you can go out to waist high without encountering rocks that you can’t stand on.

The location was wonderful. We were travelling with kids and it was great being able to walk out our door and have the beach right in front of us. The balcony was nice to relax on at the end of the day. We could walk along the beach with a great sidewalk/promenade.

The apartment is a bit dated but that didnt affect our overall experience. We are a large family of 6 and we could not all shower back to back at the end of the beach day because we would run out of hot water. We just made sure we spaced it out and were fine.

This apartment is all about the beach front large terrace. No need to buy expensive breakfasts and lunches there is not a restaurant or bar in port de pollensa with a better location for sun bathing sundowners and people watching .

All the apartment could do with an upgrading and modernisation old fashioned furniture ,more modern kitchen and 1 bathroom needs a total upgrade .

Great location, spacious and well equipped. If only the beds were comfortable enough to sleep on, I would stay there again.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The second bathroom needs updating.
