About this cottage rental
White Croft is a self contained one bedroom country style cottage for two with an outside private bath for you to relax and enjoy nature in the historic village of Ross. It sits in the two acre grounds of our 1836 stone cottage. White Croft is a short stroll to the historic Ross Bridge, the Female Factory, the Museum at the Tasmanian Wool Centre and the picturesque main street.
Situated in the Midlands of Tasmania a stay in Ross gives you the opportunity for day trips to Hobart, Launceston, the beautiful East Coast, the Western Tiers and many other must see destinations in Tasmania.
White Croft is set well away from our home, ensuring privacy, with plenty of parking space for your car, trailer or boat.
A breakfast basket is provided which includes fresh local ingredients and eggs from our chickens.
The living area has an LCD TV, stereo and a two seater leather couch. The kitchenette includes a microwave, induction hotplate, coffee machine, bar fridge and a stocked pantry for simple meal preparation or enjoy a BBQ and sit in the garden or on the veranda with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening sunset after a busy day sightseeing.
The bedroom has a queen bed with luxury linen, Australian wool doona and electric blankets.
Fluffy towels and bathrobes are provided for you to relax and enjoy your stay. Take a warm relaxing bath in the outside bath with bath salts and Turkish bath towels provided .Take some time to listen to the birds and rustling of the pines with some bubbles while on your break away.

The hosts are lovely and very thoughtful. Supplying bread, homemade jam. Milk, coffee, tea, cheese, butter, fruit, biscuits and many other treats and pantry supplies. Lovely bedding and things to keep you occupied. We enjoyed our stay

Comfortable little cottage in the delightful historic town of Ross. Stephanie is a great host and we were delighted with all the thoughtful extras awaiting us - croissants, fruit salad, biscuits…

The cottage was so cute and cosy! Stephanie was a wonderful host. We were particularly impressed with the thoughtful arrival platter which was fabulous after a long drive and the breakfast was sensational with fresh laid eggs and homemade jam. The cottage had everything we needed to make dinner and it was so peaceful sitting on the verandah relaxing in the evening twilight. Would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone staying in Ross. A truly wonderful stay.
