With 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 3,000 square feet of living space, this home features 15 actual beds and comfortably sleeps 2 to 18 guests (standard maximum of 14 adults; up to 18 with children).
Wake up to panoramic views of Little Bay from either of the two master bedrooms, or take in the gorgeous Texas sunsets from the spacious living rooms and multiple outdoor decks. Designed for flexibility, this home is ideal for large families, multi-family groups, corporate retreats, or fishing crews.

Corpus Christi is only a 30 minute drive.

Bring your boat! The Rockport Beach Park is just 5minutes away and offers a boat launch ramp and then tie it up to our pier. We have a wide driveway to accommodate 5 vehicles or boats.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better house for a large family gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone, including my family, my three siblings and their families, my mother, and my mother-in-law, and we never felt crowded.The layout of the home was incredibly thoughtful and comfortable for a big group. The kitchen had ample space for cooking and meal prep, which made family dinners easy and enjoyable. Having laundry rooms upstairs and downstairs, along with two full bathrooms on each floor, was such a convenience.The living spaces were perfect for spending time together. We loved gathering around the large dining table for meals and relaxing in the spacious living room. The balcony quickly became a favorite spot for morning coffee at sunrise and evening wine overlooking the waterfront along the key.The pool and pier were a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. We spent hours swimming, fishing, kayaking, and simply enjoying being out on the water. The location was also fantastic, close to everything Rockport has to offer while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.One of the best parts of our experience was the management team. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with from start to finish, which made the entire trip seamless and stress-free.We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for large families looking for a relaxing and welcoming Rockport getaway!

Location was great. Plenty of parking and HEB and Walmart are nearby. We had some issues but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Overall, this listing is accurate — the pool and pier out back are a nice bonus
