Fabulous

The location to the beach, metro station and bus links were excellent. There are plenty of local shops and amenities to allow you to stock up for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and it was also usual to have the washing machine available for use.

There was no plug socket by the master bed which is a little annoying for night time. There is also no full length mirror which would have been handy as we were two ladies staying. It would have also been nice to have a lamp in the master bedroom as only the main ceiling lights were often too bright at night time and with the switches on the far wall I found myself using the flash light on my phone until I was ready to sleep. There were a few maintenance issues also at the apartment, the water would not drain from the kitchen sink or shower, the slide door to the master bedroom also broke on the first night. These were mended by the friendly maintenance guy but is some what annoying. The same problem started again later in the stay with the kitchen sink, we also discovered the microwave was broken towards the end of our stay, we had issue with the tv working (which we did resolve) and the bathroom sink is not fixed down properly so moves. I also had concerns with the boiler and I think it needs servicing before an accident occurs, when in shower and turning the hot tap slowly on, there were two occasions where a flash could be seems through the window where the boiler is and also a BANG where we were alarmed thinking there had been an explosion as the gas doesn’t seem to flow and causes a build up. This is very scary when it happens

Não há absolutamente nada a mencionar. Quando há fraude e injustiça, e vocês, da Booking.com, não me protegeram como consumidor, vocês apoiaram a falta de transparência e a fraude de um anfitrião. Esta é a minha última compra com vocês.

**Falta de confiabilidade absurda e ocultação de informações!** Não recomendo. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking e em nenhum lugar da página do imóvel aparecia (e existe um espaço específico para isso!) restrições quanto à entrada de visitantes. Quando cheguei no apartamento, descobri uma política rígida sobre visitantes que foi deliberadamente ocultada de mim, porque eles sabem que muitas pessoas não fariam a reserva se soubessem quais são as condições deles em relação a visitantes. Isso é enganação e fraude em todos os sentidos - eu não teria reservado este apartamento se soubesse dessa política de visitantes. Segunda coisa, o lobby do prédio está em obras - isso não é bonito nem agradável e também não informam sobre isso na página do imóvel, é um comportamento desonesto. Terceira coisa, é muito difícil equilibrar a temperatura da água no chuveiro, ou está fervendo ou está gelada - mais uma coisa que demonstra a qualidade do apartamento que não vale o preço. A única razão pela qual eles cobram um preço alto é por causa da demanda. O custo-benefício é péssimo, exatamente como o nível de confiabilidade deles. Quarta coisa, há um gotejamento do ar-condicionado do apartamento de cima que bate na janela e faz um barulho cíclico que pode enlouquecer e tirar do sério. Quinta coisa, a cama e os lençóis causam coceira no corpo - tive que usar a canga de praia para reduzir isso. Não há absolutamente nada a mencionar. Quando há fraude e injustiça, e vocês, da Booking.com, não me protegeram como consumidor, vocês apoiaram a falta de transparência e a fraude de um anfitrião. Esta é a minha última compra com vocês.
