Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden.
Die Terrasse war mit 30cm hohen Unkraut bewachsen und Vogelkot verunreinigt. Ein Schutthaufen, der schon länger liegt gleich im Blickfeld. Terrasse wurde vom Unkraut befreit, jedoch nicht der Kot beseitigt. Fenster saumässig dreckig.

Die Wohnungsausstattung insgesamt, sehr gut. Die Sauna ein Träumchen.
Die Terasse sollte unbedingt gepflegt werden, viel Vogelkot, nicht gerade ein angenehmer Anblick, die Holzmöbel total veraltet und mit Spinnengewebe. Im Bad bitte auch unter dem Waschbecken sauber machen und bitte eine ganze Rolle Toilettenpapier zur Verfügung stellen. Ich denke, das ist machbar. Bitte bei booking.com unbedingt einfügen: Saunatücher nicht inkl. ... ist nirgendwo vermerkt. Die beiden TVs sind ältere Modelle, man kann nicht auf Netflix, bspw., umswitchen.
