About this villa rental
Villa Kathya is a charming vacation villa located near some of the most amazing beaches and national parks in the southern Pacific of Costa Rica.
Impressive waterfalls, endless views and magic local adventures are some attractive that you can enjoy in this green and peaceful area of the country.
Featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, Villa Kathya can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
The setup at Villa Kathya goes like this:
The Villa has wireless internet.
There is secure parking for two vehicles. You don’t have to have a 4×4 vehicle to access the villa, but we highly recommend renting a 4×4 because it’s much better to navigate the area with that capability than without it.
Fully equipped kitchen
The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and air conditioning.
The other bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double and a single bed, air conditioning.
Pool access (shared with other guests)
BBQ area (shared with other guests) (One grill per villa)
It takes about 3.5 hours to drive from the international airport in San Jose to the villa.

All six of us really enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable and functional. The pool and pool area are also great.
The location is very close to downtown dominical for shopping and food. The restaurant next door has great drinks.
The only negative feedback we had was that we learned the dishwasher wasn’t functional after loading dishes into it. A sign or notice that it was not working would have been nice, but this was very minor and didn’t impact our experience over all.
The hosts were very nice and hospitable!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and friendly environment. Family oriented as well, I would defiantly stay here again.
