Very clean and cute refurbished place, well stocked with things for cooking, saw a couple of deer in the back yard - pretty cool. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was helpful. Centrally located to family and events.Only slight complaint that the bathroom is on the second floor but, it worked.

Beautiful renovation of this house led to a lovely weekend and a relaxing getaway. We cooked our meals there and had a good time playing games and building a puzzle on the table.

Stayed here for tournament. This was exactly as described. House is clean and updated. 2nd floor bathroom only. The only issue we had was street traffic. 35 mph evidently is suggested. It’s best to back into driveway due to traffic.

We stayed here for the weekend. My family and I travelled from Michigan. First off the house was very clean, the layout was outstanding, and we loved the overall “feel” of the place. We booked this house for an event at the Schottenstein Center. It was a convenient location and also close to restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops in Clintonville that were all wonderful. Kroger is down the road as well. Clean house and good communicationwith the owner!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained everything was. The house was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home.The property was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools and appliances to make family meals a breeze. The living spaces were cozy and spacious, allowing our entire family to relax and enjoy quality time together.One of the highlights for us was how thoughtful the amenities were. Traveling with a 3-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but this home made it effortless. From child-friendly furniture to safe spaces to play, it was clear the owners put a lot of care into accommodating families of all sizes.The outdoor areas were just as incredible. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch, playing with the little one in the yard, or having dinner in the beautiful kitchen, every moment here was memorable.This property truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm, making it an ideal getaway for families like ours. We’re already looking forward to booking again and can’t recommend it enough!

In all my stays with VRBO, I have yet to find a host who was as dedicated to ensure a pleasant stay as Brian! The place is also very cosy and just couple of blocks from Kroger. The bathroom is very nice , but you have to rate care not to run the washer or dishwasher while taking a bath.From check in to check out, he made sure everything was taken care of. Two king beds are just awesome and were so comfortable !

My daughter and I stayed for a week while she attended a sports camp at OSU. It was a super easy commute and walking distance to a lot of stores including Kroger. I’m a bit of a bed snob due to a bad back and the mattresses on both beds were very comfortable. Even though I’m a light sleeper the street noise was not an issue but it’s summer so the sound of the A/C was essentially our noise machine.

The property was well kept and clean. The beds & linens are new( ish) and obviously we'll cleaned. Toiletries are provided such as mouth wash, and makeup wipes - which my wife & daughter appreciated. There is a coffee maker, toaster, pans and things needed to cook at the home if you wish to do so. Overall it was a great stay and very comfortable. The only downside I would mention is the driveway is Slightly tight to get in an out of.... Thank you for making our weekend so comfortable ..we appreciate it.

We visited family in the area for Christmas and enjoyed staying in this home away from home. The first floor open concept allowed our small family space to relax and enjoy time spent together! We cooked a lot of our holiday food prior to traveling. The full-size refrigerator/freezer was perfect in accommodating what we brought and the stove/oven was perfect for re-warming. We also appreciated the use of a microwave, Keurig and toaster. The dining room table provided great space for family meals, assembling a 1000 pc. puzzle and playing tabletop games! We loved watching movies and football on the large screen TV while relaxing on the comfortable living room couch. The second floor bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was well supplied and has a great shower! The temperature of the house was comfortable for the month of December, but we are always sure to bring along a few throw blankets for personal preference. We did not mind the street traffic noise and found decent breaks in traffic for backing out of the driveway. The location was perfect for us and close to everything we were interested in! We appreciated the level of communication we had with the property owner, who is very attentive and helpful! We would definitely stay again and recommend.

15 minutes from anywhere in Columbus!

15 minutes from anywhere in Columbus!

We rented this property for about 2 weeks at the beginning of an extended stay in Columbus. The owner, Brian, was great to work with and very attentive to all of our questions and needs. The property seemed to be about 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go in the Columbus area. We had easy access to the interstate and High Street, which runs through The Ohio State University and the heart of downtown Columbus. The beds were comfortable and the water got hot in a hurry. The house is located near several parks and beautiful neighborhoods, which was great for our daily walks. Next time we come we'll bring our bicycles to get even more ingrained in the active surrounding community. If in the Columbus area in the future, we'd stay here again. Thanks again to Brian for his personal efforts to welcome us to Columbus.
