Situated in Savannah Lakes Village near McCormick, S.C., this lakefront property is located on the pristine shores of Little River in the heart of Strom Thurmond Lake. Beautiful wildlife, fiery sunsets, and tranquil surroundings are part of the charm of this townhouse. Surrounded by 1200 miles of shoreline in the heart of Sumter National Forest visitors will enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, and most of all relaxing. Walking trails located in the three nearby state parks affords opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of a landscaped wooded lot, the townhouse is located close enough to McCormick for a quick trip to the grocery store yet far enough away for complete quiet and relaxation. Restaurants are located within a few miles of the property and after a day of golfing or boating there is no need to cook. The property here is absolutely beautiful. From the entryway foyer to the back deck overlooking the water towards the sunset, the home is incredibly relaxing. The only issue I would be able to try and find would be the parking. As this is a duplex the driveway is shared and not noted in the home overview. You can fit a few vehicles but to fit a few boats is like fitting a puzzle together, to not block the driveway. Overall I would absolutely stay here again, I just would come with my family for a nice relaxing time instead of booking the home for an event that we have 3 Bass boats needing charging daily. This home is INCREDIBLE and Tom is an excellent host and very responsive! Thank you Tim for letting us stay at your home for our event!

We stayed for Christmas. Mr. Smalley was an amazing host. The house is comfortable and quiet. It offers everything you might need or want. We are a family of 8 that stayed and had plenty of room. Our daughter and son in law joined for Christmas dinner and it was still roomy. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to book again.
