About this house rental
Large modern villa located in the ancient Epidaurus in the Peloponnese. The ancient Epidaurus is a small authentic fishing village and an archaeological site with a small theater and ruins visible under water. The house is less than 10 minutes walk from a small beach in the care of a small Byzantine chapel. It is 12kms from the magnificent Grand Theater of Epidaurus where a famous festival is held in summer. The place is perfect for exploring the nearby sites like Mycenae, the Argos Fortress, the pretty town of Nafplion and less than 50 km, the white villages of Poros and Ermioni. The islands of Hydra and Spetses are also very close. Athens is 1 hour 30 minutes by motorway, by ferryboat from Poros or Corinthian train.
The very modern villa is air conditioned, has 4 bedrooms with terrace and 3 bathrooms. The 5m x 10m pool is private and surrounded by small green areas. On the kitchen side, an outdoor terrace with large table and barbecue has an extraordinary view of the olive trees of the house falling on the sea. From the living room or its large terrace, the view of the sea and the islands is breathtaking
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, espresso, coffee filter, toaster etc.) very modern living room and very luxurious design. There is also a treadmill. Washer and dryer. Outside the armchairs in front of the living room and in front of the bedrooms, deckchairs around the pool and a ping pong table.
Cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost.

Une villa avec tout le confort, une vue exceptionnelle et idéalement située pour alterner les visites et le farniente.
Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable de même que Leonardo le gestionnaire sur place qui est très disponible pour aider si besoin.
Je recommande cette location sans réserve.

Absolutely loved this house and its location ! ! Absolutely perfect - we were able to visit islands like Poros or Hydra, went to Athens several times, visited historical/cultural sites like Epidaure or Mycenae, visited towns like Nafplio and just walked around the pittoresque area where the house is located with its beaches, underwater ancient city ruins, ancient theatre (small version of Epidaure) and churches. And, we really fell in love with the house ! Gorgeous and compfortable. The views are magnificent !! Best time ever Plus, thanks to Leonardo, the manager, and the owners - we were very well taken care of.

Wir durften unseren Urlaub in dieser wundervollen Villa in atemberaubend schöner Lage verbringen, die leider kein Foto wiedergeben kann.
Wir waren jeden Morgen erneut überwältigt von der Aussicht und haben dabei unser Frühstück auf der schattigen Terrasse genossen. Es gibt eine neuwertige Nespresso-Maschine plus Milchaufschäumer (Danke, liebe Heleneπerre :))- das Sahnehäubchen in der perfekt ausgestatteten großen Küche.
Die Villa bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort, ist geschmackvoll und wertig sowie mit Kunstobjekten möbliert, die Fenster können mit Rolläden (!) verdunkelt und das Haus somit gut kühl gehalten werden. An besonders heißen Tagen helfen die guten Klimaanlagen, die in allen Zimmern vorhanden sind mit, die Temperatur zu regulieren. Außerdem verfügt das Haus an allen (!) Fenstern über sehr gute Moskitonetze, die es uns ermöglicht haben, in der Nacht die wunderbare Meeresluft ins Haus hinein zu lassen. Ein großes Plus!
Und nun zum wundervollen Pool: Nicht nur, dass er eine neue Salzwasser-Filteranlage hat, wodurch das Wasser herrlich weich wird - er liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und ist wunderbar warm und zugleich erfrischend. Am Pool stehen komfortable Liegen, ein herrliches schattiges Daybed sowie ein weiterer Essplatz im Freien bereit - herrlich!
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, es blühen Rosen und man kann alte Olivenbäume bestaunen und frisch vom Baum Zitronen und Pfirsiche ernten. Wir sagten es bereits: Urlaub im Paradies!
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - sie haben uns mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen für Strände versorgt und waren immer ansprechbar. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch den sehr sympathischen Verwalter war hervorragend - vielen Dank dafür nochmals, Leonardo!
Wir waren sehr traurig abreisen zu müssen und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ❤️
