About this apartment rental
Studio apartment for 2 + 1 people of 31m² on the 1st Floor with double bed, living area with single sofa bed and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower (no bidet). Air conditioning. Wi-Fi.
Private outdoor area.
Our resort with 27 apartments has a beautiful swimming pool (14x7, open mid May to October), and a children's swimming pool (4x3), a barbecue area, large parking lot and Internet WiFi, washing machine.
The price includes gas, water, electricity, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 150, weekly flat rate € 60 (includes the cost of air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, final cleaning). Breakfast supplement € 8 / person. The cleaning of the kitchen corner is to be carried out by the customer or paid € 35. Tourist tax € 1.50 / person / day, children under 16 free, baby cot € 25 / week.
This elegant and very beautiful holiday resort by the sea (approx. 500 meters away) is located in Puntone, 6 km from the medieval village of Scarlino, and between Follonica (5 km) and Punta Ala (12 km).
Strategically located, it is also an ideal place to visit the beautiful region of the Maremma. Discover the natural sights of Tuscany, such as the Uccellina Park and the area of Monte Argentario, or visit the beautiful charming villages such as Castiglion della Pescaia (only 16 km away) or Baratti and Populonia (12 km).
The nearest restaurants and shops are about 300 meters away.
The beautiful beaches of Cala Violina and Cala Martina are only 8 km away. Our guests will find tennis and golf courses, riding schools, wind surfing and kite surfing schools not too far from the holiday complex.

Etwas außerhalb von Follonica ca 4 KM zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind sauber und Zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Klimanlagen funktionieren gut, WLAN und TV mit deutschen Sendern. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber gewaschen. Küche war gereinigt und Kühlschrank (groß mit extra Gefrierfach) war tip top sauber, Gasherd vier Flammen. Das Bad war gereingt und desinfiziert. Warm und Kaltwasser funktionierten jederzeit gut Gesamteindruck gut. Lediglich die Küchensaustattung ist minimalistisch. Kein Toaster oder Kaffemaschine (manuel oder elektrisch) keine Pfanne nur ein Topf etwas Geschirr und etwas Besteck. Es emphielt sich hier etwas von zu Hause mitzubringen) Freundliche Rezeption. Adapter mitbringen für Geräte ohne Flachstecker. Fester numerrierter Parkplatz für jede Wohnung/Zimmer. Check in und check out ruck zuck.
Pool würde ich als must have aber nicht als Tagesersatz für den Strand wertn, zu klein zu eng und sehr schattig aber sauber mit Liegen und sehr ruhig als Abschluss und Kühlung nach einem heißen Strandtag sehr gut. Es muss jedoch Badekappe getragen werden ob das mit Corona zusammenhängt konnte ich nicht in Erfahrung bringen. Ich war bisher ca 20 x in Follonica und diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Man muss aus Deutschland keine Lebensmittel mitbringen, es gibt mehere Supermärke die auch Sonntags bis mindestens 20.00 Uhr geöffnet haben. Für mich COOP der mit dem besten Angebot danach kommt Penny und Lidl. Auch hier sehr freundliches Personal
In der Umgebung der schönste Strand Cabonifera, zwar 15 km Richtung Piombino aber das Strand Highlight. Glasklares Wasser und Urlaubstimmung pur. Strandbar mit top Preisen, so wie alles dort an die Einkommen der einheimischen Bevölkerung angepasst ist.
An allen Stränden sind Parkgebühren fällig, Kleingeld bereithalten es wird an Automaten gezahlt.
Die Abende in Follonica mit viel Abwechselung und offenen Geschäften bis 00.00 Uhr sind toll. Viele Pizzerias und Ristorantes, tolles Eis, Gauckler und Kinderbelustigung, dort wird alles geboten. Ntürlich muss auch Piombino erwähnt werden, die Hafenstadt mit einer tollen Altstatt und dem grandiosen Blick auf Elba.
Die Presie in der von Einheimischen bevorzugeten Urlaubsergiomn sind absolut moderat. Beispiele: Kaffee Americano 1.50 - 2 Euro,Pizza Mageritha in Schnitt bei 6 - 8 Euro. Das leckerste Eis des Planeten für 3 € aber eine riesen Protion. Überall ist man sehr nett und freundlich und freut sich über jeden deutschen Gast. Urlaubsemempfehlun.

Completo di piscina garage x bici parcheggio riservato con numero di appartamento personale molto disponibile e gentile su tutto! Siamo stati benissimo! L ho già consigliato ad amici per la loro vacanza e continuerò a farlo perché merita davvero!!! Da provare!
Vicino alle spiagge più famose con un max di 15 min in auto ma consiglio la mtb x godersi dei bellissimi panorami che si vedono lungo il percorso nel boschetto che da sul mare x arrivare a calaviolina.... 😉🔝

Minimum au niveau nécessaire cuisine. Appartement très correct mais terrasse à l’étage juste pour 2 personnes et pas de place pour 1 chaise longue . La piscine n’était pas propre, des taches vertes d’algues sur tout un coté . Attention les locations sont à côté d’une route passante et c’est un peu bruyant.
