Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Room was not clean, the first bedroom as you walk in on left was not made up. We had to wash towels when we arrived.

Everything was clean,and we had everything we needed.The Condo was exactly as pictured.Beds were very comfortable.We loved the the overall feel of Turquoise Place.Very well maintained and Resort Style feel.Our grandchildren loved the slide,playing Pickle Ball,and the lazy river.We at lunches at the pool side restaurant,and enjoyed Dole Whip and Shaved ice by the pool was an extra bonus.We grilled on the balcony one night which is a wonderful perk of this condo.

We've stayed at Turquoise Place many times. The location, condo layouts, pools and lazy river are amazing!This particular condo is at the bottom of our list. On the plus side it was clean but it had one amenity issue after another. Within our first day we found our balcony door was extremely difficult to open, a bedroom overhead light fixture was broken, hair dryer diffusers but no hair dryers and the microwave and grill didn't work. There was a small microwave on kitchen counter. Liquid Life explained amenities are not guaranteed but agreed to call back with feedback on when items could be repaired - they didn't call. Day 5 a tech showed up (nice guy) and tried to fix the issues but didn't have the parts. Day 6 - a crew showed up to replace the microwave with no notice. The grill was a loss and I never called about the convection oven not working or the toilet that wouldn't flush - thankfully there are 3 other bathrooms and a regular oven. Again - highly recommend Turquoise Place but highly disappointed in Liquid Life's lack of care and response - rent from someone else that can maintain a luxury condo.
