This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with (2) Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed.
The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 4 at the lanai outdoor table, or 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The large unbelievably comfortable couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie on large UltraHD 4K TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
Beyond building an elegant, yet comfortable furnished home, we know its often the small surprises and conveniences that make all the difference.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find
• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrella's, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment, volleyball and football
• Supplies and instructions how to build an amazing large sand castle with your kids.
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.
For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

The house was just perfect from layout, location to facilities and amenities. The host provided enough amenities and pool/beach items for a large group. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic time at Mauna Lani - we used our stay to 'beach' and explore the northern end of the Island. This house is REALLY well equipped with beach and street toys - no need to buy or rent. Very well thought out offering.

Good townhouse with very thin floor and bad acoustics, obviously rented a lot - not a huge attention to detail and inflexible management on items such as check out - given steep Xmas pricing, I expected a little more from house. Also bbq is old and worked so so

This property was great. Very functional for 10 people. Was nice to have two master bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
