In a splendid panoramic area with a breathtaking view of the Marina di Pescoluse there is a comfortable and recently renovated house surrounded by a lovely olive grove and a very comfortable veranda overlooking the sea, well-equipped, ideal for admiring the sea in total relaxation. The house is very welcoming thanks to a beautiful and bright kitchen and a sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms all equipped with mosquito nets. In the corridor that leads from the kitchen to the bedrooms there is an air conditioner ideal for hot summer nights. Finally, a bathroom complete with a shower. The house also has a comfortable brick barbecue for good and tasty grills and an outdoor shower (with hot water), ideal for returning from the sea. Washing machine available as well as private parking in front of the house. The beach can be reached by car in 2 minutes, as well as the center of the town where you will find many useful services, including: restaurants; ice cream parlors; pizzerias; bars; newsagents; minimarket; tobacconist; fishmonger; etc.
For all other services such as banks, post offices and supermarkets we recommend Morciano di Leuca less than 3 km from home.

Towels/bed linen are available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person.
Tourist tax to be paid on site.
In case of excessive electrical consumption, a small flat rate extra charge for the air conditioner of 0.50 E/ kwh over 30kwh will be applied.
Pets allowed only and exclusively on request and with supplement to be paid on arrival.
