The unit was spacious, well appointed, with a large covered porch overlooking the marina, with rocking chairs and bistro table. Lovely, walkable neighborhood. A very enjoyable stay!

The PORCH!We spent so much time just sitting on the porch, watching the boats come and go—it was incredibly relaxing. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and being right on the waterfront made the experience even more special. An added bonus were the binoculars on the table, which let us get an even better view of the boats and marina.We also loved that you can still enjoy those views from inside, especially from the kitchen and living room.The condo, the views, and the town were all perfect. We will definitely be back—and hopefully able to book this same condo again! Thank you, Robert and Kathleen, for sharing such a wonderful space with us.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this condo, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The marina was especially busy which was fun to watch. Can’t think of anything to say that I haven’t said in the past, but the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common area are always clean and well-stocked. The elevator is especially nice, as is the sitting area beside the entry. I spent many hours reading on that side as the water front side is usually somewhat windy. Thanks again, Butch. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Home from Home Perfect place to relax With Family /friends this is it Everything you need at the beach is there.As a Brit I appreciate even a ‘Kettle’ there for my tea ..Sit on the large balcony with a tea in hand - HeavenlyWatch the boats.Plenty space for 4 adults So Comfortable all you need is there Great kitchen for cooking in.Porch lovely to enjoy a drink and watch the world pass by.Condo Cleaned to a high standard. As a past rental owner I know the work that goes into a rental Butch was an excellent host Any questions answered quickly Friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommendWill certainly return on next trip to Southport. Thank you for sharing your Piece of Heaven on Earth
