Lovely 3 plush bedroom home near Sand Hollow Reservoir with a private fenced yard. Ride your ATV from our home directly to Sand Hollow. Room to park your trailer in front of the house. One trailer and truck will fit in front of the house. Lots of space to explore and hike nearby.
Floor plan is all one level with a large spacious kitchen, granite counter tops, bar, dining table for 6, skylight, big windows, walk out porch, entrance and front courtyard.
Stand alone home with elegant kitchen and furnishings, big master bath with walk in that can sleep two, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, pack n play.
The home has three private bedrooms with plush king beds, one twin and two full baths.
The living room has large sectional recliner sofa for visiting or entertainment, 40" flatscreen smart TV, tall walk out double doors to the back porch with covered picnic area.
The flat screen entertainment in the master suite plays Netflix or Amazon Prime with Roku, small DVD players in guest bedrooms as well.

Great place right next to sand hallow reservoir. Host was responsive to all communication and had no problem with us checking in a couple hours early. Would stay here again.

Greg and Janet were communicative hosts. The property is well taking care of and is well equipped. Short distance to sand hollow, my family of four were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the home!

The great news about this place is that the property owners are great at responding, the mattresses are nice and comfortable, the place is HUGE, and the neighborhood feels safe. The not-so-good news was that the condo wasn't cleaned when we got there. However, the owners gave us money back to make up for the time we spent cleaning. The whole place needs to be decluttered to make it more kid-friendly and clean-looking. My kids are 12 and over so I wasn't worried about them breaking things, but if they were younger, I would have been worried the entire time.
