About this apartment rental
Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.
Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"
Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment. Access to the inside of the garage, driveway and backyard are not included in the rental.

The apartment was in the great location, it's a beautiful space, clean, shiny and had everything I needed. It is walkable to town, the open space trail, and to my sister's which made it the perfect place to stay. Thank you! Amy

Property was ok. Kind of cluttered with stuff but overall ok. The place itself was very cozy and nice on the inside. Location was decent. If you dont want to drive there is stuff within walking dustance.
