The Grand Mayan Los Cabos is located on the Southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. The resort is within the beautiful city of San José del Cabo, which forms part of an awesome tourist corridor that includes its sister city Cabo San Lucas which is just a short drive south. Here you will be able to enjoy an enormous variety of services and activities, the most beautiful natural scenery and incomparable beaches where you will discover the exquisite beauty of the Sea of Cortez.

Grand Mayan Los Cabos offers luxury, comfort, ambience, and unique exclusivity.
The resort is just a short walk south from the center of San José. San Jose is a working class village, full of locals, culture and real Mexico. You will stroll past an old cemetery, cactus ranch, Mexican residences and businesses. The businesses include some great restaurants (please see our newsletter section for restaurants and other activities). The grocery store is an equally short walk to the west. Walk down and take a cab back with your goodies. You really don’t need a car here. Relax and Enjoy!
Brio Health Spa & Fitness Center:
You will find a Temascal (Mexican style steam bath) a gymnasium, steam baths, saunas, Jacuzzi, Swiss showers, and a full-service Beauty Salon. We had an excellent massage here.
Campo de Golf:
A semi flat 3153 yard 9 hole Golf Course with multiple sand traps and complicated but beautiful greens; it also has a snack service.
Beach: Discover and enjoy the exquisite beauty of the Sea of Cortez. The waves are very powerful, just awesome. Please be careful.

The place where you will find what you need to complete your vacation shopping without leaving the hotel; our business hours are from 7 A.M. to 11 P:M:

There are well over 300 days of sun each year, but even that doesn’t tell the whole story. This area receives far less rain than any other Mayan Resort location. Even when it it does rain, it usually doesn’t spoil the party. It will cloud up, dump a nice warm shower, clear up and be sunny again.
