So poor we had to find somewhere else.

Difficult to find the bedroom after obtaining the key from a safe on 21st Sept 2025. Once in the room there was a table but no chairs and not even a cup or a glass. The bedding didn’t look clean and the floor was dirty . Worst of all there was No Electricity in the room. There is no reception and we contacted the owner on 3 occasions to say there was no electricity. We were told by another resident that the owner lived 15 mins away but we waited almost an hour until it was almost dark then decided to leave to find alternative accommodation. We complained to the motel on a number of occasions by email but received no reply or a refund for not using the room. [email protected] . .

The room was as described clean, tidy and quiet. The motel is also above an Asian restaurant, which made eating easy. There's plenty of space for parking off road which was good.

The directions could be a little bit more clearer, as even the police we asked didn't know.

As a couple we prefer to sleep on one bed, we got two single beds seperately, its not really a big deal but would be nice, also the lamp/lights is a bit dirty.

The restaurant adjoining the room was pretty good.

Weird check-in process, not very clear. Weir location, but accessible from the highway. Room was very small, not much in the way of amenities.

A cheap stay over with adequate room and a nice bathroom and shower

The sound proofing actual worked with the windows shut you couldn’t hear the traffic outside. So the large lorries in the area don’t effect your nights sleep

initially I couldn’t find the kettle or the other bits. The kettle was in the hallway at the opposite end to my room

I called the number i got from booking.com, and the person on the phone told me that i should call again when i was 10 minuts from the motel, but when i called him again, he pretended that he couldnt hear me. It was around 22:00 and very dark and i had all of my stuff with med, for eksampel my new Apple laptop. It was only because a other man came by, and gave me the right number, that i had a place to sleep that night Very poor service, and i hope that you are contacting me abort that experience

Location, room was clean

No breakfast available, no bedlight, No bath mat, Edge of the bed was so high, you could not sit on the bed. No daily room service, Even after leaving a message on the voicemail about the time of arrival at the motel there was nobody there to let me in. No drinking glass in bathroom.

Die Entfernung zum DOC ist super.

Das Licht im Treppenhaus ist leider nicht gut. Die Bewegungsmelder reagieren nicht gut und die Zeit ist sehr kurz. Im Zimmer fehlt es an Lampen am Bett. Man muss im Dunklen das Bett suchen. Der Teppich ist sehr schmutzig. Es fehlen RAUCHMELDER!!!! Im Bad fehlt es an Handtuchhaltern. Das Bad selber ist sehr ungepflegt. Es fehlt an professionellen Reinigungskräften. Es wird sich wohl nichts ändern. Ich hatte es ja schon mal bemängelt.

Perfekte Nähe zum Designeroutlet Neumünster, Parkplatz kein Problem.

Es gab nicht einen einzigen Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung etc., der Fernseher ging nicht.

Das schlechteste was ich je erlebt habe.

Das Motel liegt in einem Industriegebiet in der Zufahrt zum DHL Lager. Die ganze Nacht fahren LKWs gefühlt durch das Zimmer. Von Außen sah das Motel ganz ok aus, aber die Zimmer sind eine echte Zumutung. Es fehlte ein Plissee an einem Fenster, so das von der Hauptverkehrsstraße der Blick offen in das Zimmer war. Das Zimmer wirkte sehr ungepflegt und dreckig. Flecken auf dem Teppich und der Bettwäsche. Die Dusche habe ich erst gar nicht benutzt, so abstoßend war die. Ich habe sehr spontan gebucht und habe so nicht die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen gelesen, sonst hätte ich mir das erst gar nicht angetan. Bei der Buchung stand Rechnung auf Anfrage. Man hat mir diese auch auf Anfrage direkt zugesagt, bekommen habe ich sie bis heute nicht.

Reinigung von Nöten!!

Es liegt sehr nah am Outlet Center.

Die Toilettenbrille hängt schief. Die Toilette braucht unbedingt eine Grundreinigung. Das Licht am Spiegel ist kaputt. Ganz schlecht, da das Licht im Bad eh nicht das Beste ist. Für Frauen sehr nervig. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche immer frisch ist.

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals dort, immer gibt es leider zuwenig Toilettenpapier. Keine Ersatzrolle, auch wenn man nur eine Nacht zu zweit dort ist !
