The house was a great size. The living room was comfortable. The bathrooms were a good size and had some toiletries if you forgot yours. The closets were spacious to hang up items and had hangers if needed.
This feedback is provided ONLY to help the homeowner, NOT to put down the property. I would stay here again.
The decor is dated (but not a deal breaker). The fake plant in the master bath was VERY dusty (honestly made me sneeze). The dining room had not been vacuumed under the table so there were crumbs from the previous people who stayed. I wouldn't have noticed but I just had socks on & stepped on the crumbs (ewww)
The kitchen needs some updated utensils. The tongs were broken. The few pans and knives we used, we had to wash first. They were sticky and dirty. We only used the master bed so I can't speak for the other beds but it could use a mattress pad. The bed was very firm.
I wouldn't have known this (but we had to strip the sheets before we left) the bed was stained & the pillows were yellowed & stained. I'm honestly glad I didn't know that before I slept.
Again, I ONLY said this to help the homeowner, not to be rude. I think constructive criticism is good.

The location was great. It was just a few miles from Texas Tech. The backyard was very spacious! It had free snacks and toiletries. The guest book was full of great reviews! It was so nice we will try to stay here every time we visit Lubbock!

The house in general it was cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood it's in it was a great neighborhood. I really loved the back yard it was amazing.
