this was the most fascinating, quirky, history filled and friendly place, staff were helpful and happy to give advice and share information - communal tables for the brilliant breakfast provided an opportunity to share with other guests their advice and experiences too
Not much - the location was very convenient but being a light sleeper, the constant traffic noise from the A1 was the only downside for me

The garden is stunning, we had our tea and our takeaway in the garden both nights!
Could have used a fan in the bedroom to circulate the air.

The hair dryer as it took to long to dry my hair and I found it hard to use it.
