About this house rental
Security Deposit: At the time of booking $500 will be collected and applied towards the rent. An additional $500.00 damage deposit will be collected. If no damage is found after your departure, this $500.00 security deposit will be refunded 14 days after your departure.

The main, 2nd story, level features the beautifully furnished, oceanfront living room with flat-screen TV, DVD, and CD/Stereo system. Enjoy meals with family from the oceanfront dining room, featuring seating for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious, ocean-view master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, dreamy walk-in closet, and private master bath featuring a walk-in shower. Wake up in the morning with ocean views from the 2nd bedroom featuring a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin bunks(4 beds) and a flat-screen TV; perfect for the kids. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower combo.
Downstairs features the mother-in-law suite. The oceanfront living room features a Murphy bed, flat-screen TV, and sliders to the shaded patio. The galley kitchen features seating for 2, a sink, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. This home also features free WiFi, a stackable washer/dryer, shaded oceanfront patio with a ceiling fan, picnic table, a charcoal bar-b-que grill, and plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Boogies boards and beach chairs are also available for use.

Our party of 7 adults and one baby were comfortable here. Due to COVID-19 concerns we ate in a lot. The kitchen had limited storage for our food but we made the best of it. The beds were comfy. The living area seating was good for us also. My daughter and son in law enjoyed the downstairs apartment with there 1 yr old. Didn’t have to worry about the baby waking anybody.
The rug in the den was curled up which made a hazard for my 82 yr old father as well as the baby. We just rolled it up and vacuumed underneath and were good to go! There is no cable for the tv so bring your streaming service passwords and logins. I had to upgrade my Hulu so daddy could watch the local morning news.
We loved the deck and spent a lot of time there. My daughter in law and I did 5 AM workouts out there too! We have stayed in this area of NSB for years and always enjoy this quite area of NSB. Overall we really enjoyed this home and if available would seriously consider staying here again. Thanks for a great week at our favorite home away from home!

This house is our home away from home. The owners take very good care of the home. It's well-maintained, comfortable, beautiful, and clean. The views are amazing from the front deck. The location is perfect - hardly any people around most days, but close enough to walk to tennis and basketball courts, playground, and to watch the manatees. It is perfect for families. We absolutely love it!
