This beautiful One Bedroom (KING bed)/One Bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and also and adventurous vacation for a small family. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. With elevator access, this condo is easy for all ages to enjoy. Owners have upgraded furniture, paint, and added new appliances and tile in bathroom and kitchen along with new flat screen tv, bar stools, and dinette set, Living Room futon, free WiFi, along with free parking, The condo's decor is warm, comfortable and will make you feel right at home. Definitely priced right!!

This was a very enjoyable experience. The room was clean. The area was safe and clean the access to the pool and the clubhouse was easy. I will definitely be booking this listing again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is convenient to getting around St. George, the pools, splash pad and loads of recreational activities at Las Palmas kept the family entertained, and although the unit was a little dated (which didn't bother us), it was super well maintained, super clean, the bed was super comfy, nice garden tub, fantastic views of red rock mountains from the balcony, and the price was great. We'd definitely stay here again.
