About this apartment rental
This top level three bedroom three bath condo has a great view of the main channel and is located on the water directly across from Margaritaville. It was completely remodeled in the winter of 2021.
The condo boasts two master bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms and king beds. The third bedroom has a king bed and bathroom close. The loft area has a queen bed with a privacy panel to create a '4th' bedroom.
With a spacious bottom floor sit and have a family meal at the dining table or join each other for drinks on the deck. Each bedroom has a a flat screen tv with cable TV. The living room has a 42' tv with DVD player attached.
Condo complex offers a heated swimming pool, and basketball court. Location is just minutes from local attractions and entertainment. Shopping, water parks, golf, caves, and historical attractions all within minutes. We have three boat rental places in the cove. The closest boat ramp is in the cove at Surdyke you can use for a minimal fee.
