About this apartment rental
This renovated renovated 3rd floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located at the original Ski-In/Out access to Toll House. An entire floor with radiant heat, a gas fireplace, and flat screen televisions. The fully equipped kitchen with radiant heated floors, small appliances, a refrigerator stocked with essentials and cooking and eating utensils. Ski locker on the main level for easy access either to the ski trails or free shuttle to the mountain.

First of all I would like to say the property was very clean and well presented. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some! Loved the heated tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. The two king size beds were super comfy and well decorated. The third bedroom however had a heat pump of some sort that went on/off every 30 min. When one of our guests went in to sleep due to having a snoring husband, she couldn't sleep because of this. The proximity to mountainside was good but it is not in realistic terms: a ski in /ski out condo. Finally, although we are all in good shape, it would be wise to list that the condo is on the 3rd floor and that there is some walking from the car to the condo with luggage expected. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay at Stowe.

Great time and great property!Comment 1Listing should mention it’s on the 3 rd floor, especially considering ski-in/ski-out. Steps in ski boots is nobody’s friend!Comment 2Check-in/check-out could be better. I have no problem picking up keys at a different location, but to need to return keys by before skiing for the day at a location that is 15 minutes further away from the mountain to only fight traffic coming back up the mountain is difficult. Maybe have a lock box in the ski locker for key drop!?!? Comment 3Have a cooking sheet/baking tray in the kitchen.

The unit was nice but it looked like it hadn’t been rented in quite a while. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There were flies on the window sills, the hot water heater was not turned on and we had to figure out how to do that ourselves. The information sheet said there would be a password for the internet in the unit. There was no password and the manager never was able to provide a password. One of our party needed internet for work so having to drive to a coffee shop for internet was not ideal. Location was great but we were disappointed in light of what we paid to stay. We spoke to the manager and they blamed the owner for all the issues.
