Welcome to Lakeview Villa, (lakeviewvillafl) nestled in the serene community of Silver Creek in South Clermont, Florida — a lovely, well-maintained neighborhood with small lakes, friendly neighbors, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels a world away from the hustle of the theme parks. Here, tranquility meets luxury, and every detail of our home has been thoughtfully arranged to make your Florida vacation truly memorable.
The Setting
Your favorite spot will undoubtedly be the private pool area, which backs directly to a beautiful lake — yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The south-facing pool and spa area is perfectly positioned so you can bask in the warm Florida sun from morning to evening, and when the day winds down, the sunsets over the lake are simply breathtaking. Keep an eye out for the resident wildlife — herons, ducks, and other birds regularly make appearances, and guests have spotted all kinds of creatures from the comfort of the covered Lanai. It's the kind of view that makes you want to linger over your morning coffee a little longer.
The lake itself is a lovely backdrop for relaxing poolside. Fishing from the banks is welcome — the HOA occasionally stocks it with bass and crappie — and for serious anglers, heading north on Route 27 opens up access to some very large lakes perfect for a full day of fishing.
The Pool & Spa
Our private south-facing pool and spa offer plenty of space to swim, float, and unwind. Spa heat is always included at no charge — it's our gift to you. Pool heat is available as an optional add-on (please inquire about current pricing) and is strongly recommended for stays between November and April when Florida evenings can be cooler. We also provide pool floaties and rafts for your enjoyment!

The Villa — Room by Room
Step inside and you'll find a spacious, beautifully furnished home that truly feels like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, self-cleaning oven, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, double sink, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need. There's seating for 6 at the dining room table plus an additional 3 at the breakfast bar, making family mealtimes easy and comfortable.
The modern family room features a large-screen TV — perfect for a family movie night after a long day at the parks. All bedrooms have their own cable TVs so everyone can watch what they want, when they want. One of the bedrooms features a fun Disney theme, sure to delight the little ones!

The villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms that sleep 8 designed to sleep families of various sizes. Whether you're traveling as a couple, a family with young children, or a group of friends, there's space for everyone to spread out and relax. Towels and linens are provided — just bring yourselves!

Lakeview Villa is perfectly positioned for a Central Florida vacation. You are approximately 8 miles to the gates of Magic Kingdom — making Disney World genuinely just minutes away. Universal Studios Orlando is about 23 miles away, roughly a 25-minute drive. And when you book with us, ask us about the "back way" to Disney — the local's route that avoids the congestion on Route 192 and gets you to the park faster. It's a little insider secret we love sharing with our guests!
Grocery shopping is a breeze with a Publix, Walmart, and Aldi's all within a few miles of the villa. Plenty of restaurants are located nearby as well, so you'll never be far from a great meal whether you want to cook in or dine out.
For outdoor enthusiasts beyond the theme parks, Lake Louisa State Park — just a few miles away — offers hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and picnicking in a stunning natural setting. The Clermont and Kissimmee areas also offer dozens of golf courses within a short drive, making this a great destination for golf enthusiasts too.

The house was well kept and clean, all beds were comfortable. Good location, most Disney parks were about 20-30 minutes away and it was quiet every night. Plenty of room, even if you bring 8 people (we had 6).It was really cool that they had a PS2 and some games. If you've got kids, it's a great way to keep them occupied during downtime.Florida had a cold snap during our visit, and both the hot tub and pool unfortunately stopped heating entirely on nights that got too cold, which was very disappointing as these nights were the ones we were most looking forward to using the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and understanding, and refunded the pool heat charge when it stopped heating. Not sure exactly what the issue was. They mentioned that the pool heater shuts off below 55 degrees, but I have certainly used a functioning hot tub in the same area of Florida in colder weather.Overall a great stay, but the hot tub going cold put a damper on the visit. I still rate it 5 stars, because the issue seemed to be a genuine surprise for the hosts, and they immediately made it up to us with no fuss. Everything else was perfect.

The Host was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions very promptly. The villa was very clean and situated in a nice quiet community with all the main supermarkets and a good selection of take-aways nearby. It is close to Disney World and lots of good quality golf courses within a 40 minute drive.The kitchen was a good size with lots of work space and the appliances had been recently updated. There was a toaster, kettle, both filter and pod coffee machines, juicer and even an good size air fryer.The pool was a good size with a nice deck area available to laze around on. This looked onto a lake which was very tranquil with lots of wildlife, including turtles and even a group of turkeys! Three Sandhill Cranes were around the lake on a daily basis, unless they were roaming the community.We liked it so much we've already booked a return visit.

Fantastic place to stay. The villa location clean, tidy and quiet. After a long day at parks was great to chill in the pool and hot tub.
