About this apartment rental
The apartments are located in the Ferienhof high above Stadtkyll, are around 55m², 70m² and 90m² in size and are suitable for 2 - 4, 4 or 6 people direct access to your own terrace or garden with a wide view over the Eifel to the "Black Man". The apartments have 2-3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-dining room, with a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. In all rooms there is underfloor heating, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will open as a holiday home in January 2014. The holiday farm includes a relaxation area with a sauna, two donkeys and a children's playground. Free WiFi is of course provided.

Wir fahren mittlerweile seit rund fünf Jahren in Ferienwohnungen mit der Familie und haben dieses Jahr auf denn "Ferienhof Weites Land" einen Platz gefunden den wir immer wieder gerne besuchen werden. Die Wohnungen sind super schön hergerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr sorgsam gekümmert, waren dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Vielen Dank!

Goed verblijf in mooie omgeving. Alles goed voor elkaar en schoon. Prima, brede, bedden. Flexibele aankomst en vertrekdagen, zelfs in het hoogseizoen. Eigenaars hartelijk maar niet opdringerig. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de appartementen. Er staan in de verte wel windmolens op de heuvels.
Zowel het appartement als de omgeving is heel geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Speeltuin, speelgoed en ezeltjes in de gezamenlijke tuin. In de omgeving een uitgebreid fietsnetwerk, vaak over geasfalteerde oude spoorbaantjes. Niet te veel klimwerk en regelmatig mooie uitzichten. Zwemmeer op 5 km afstand. Monschau en Bad-Munstereifel zijn mooie historische stadjes op minder dan drie kwartier rijden. Zelfs het prachtige Ahr-dal is in een uur te berijden.
Deze locatie is zeker een aanrader voor wie niet te ver van huis wil.

Zur Begrüßung einen Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch und eine Obstschale.
Die Wohnungsausstattung hervorragend sehr schönes Bad.
Der Ausblick vom Berg auf Stadtkyll sehr schön. Grosser Spielplatz und zwei liebe Esel.
Für Kinder ideal da eine riesige Garten Fläche zur Verfügung ist.
Sehr nette Gastgeber die all.e Wünsche erfüllen.
Kommen mit unserem Enkel gerne wieder.
