Perfect spot to visit with my mom. One floor, incredibly clean and comfortable, and one of the most nicely stocked kitchens I've ever seen in a rental house. Our oldest son is in college in Wilmington, and I like to spoil him by cooking a few meals when I'm in town. It was a breeze in this kitchen! I had everything I needed. Communication with owner was fast and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This property was so perfect for our weekend stay in Wilmington! We made use of the grill, the firepit, and the kayaks, and 10/10 would recommend all of those things! The location was a bit far from downtown, but very centrally located to explore the greater Cape Fear area. Awesome space and amenities for the price.

Very nice place, nice little touches. Had everything you need it. Nice fenced in backyard for my dogs to enjoy. Close to everything. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
