About this villa rental
Our home is a very special 6500sq. ft. home located in the prestigious gated Caleta development of the world famous Palmilla 'One and Only' Hotel and Golf Resort. It's just a one minute walk away from an exclusive private beach. One of the few swimming beaches in Cabo San Lucas. This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez. Morning sunrises and afternoon relaxing can be enjoyed on any of the large outside verandas.
All bedrooms are very large and each has a comfy king bed. The master suite is equipped with its own sitting area, entertainment center and walk-in circular garden enclosed shower. The home offers large outside covered patios including an outside dining area equipped with Viking BBQ, bar and serving area. For quieter moments, the morning porch with its own fountain is the perfect spot to enjoy the day's first cup of coffee.
The pool and spa area are landscaped with your comfort and privacy in mind. Relax in your very own private oasis. NEW! Pool fencing that can be installed at your request!
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and all the necessities to prepare any meal. A chef is available for an additional charge. Maid service is included in your stay and is every other day, excluding Holidays and Sundays. If you would like to add daily maid services, it may be arranged for an additional charge.
As a renter you are able to enjoy the following amenities at the Pamilla "One and Only": spa & restaurants. Whether it's a short minute walk to the private Caleta beach, enjoying a cocktail at the famous Palmilla 'One and Only' Hotel and Golf Resort, exploring the amazing town of San Jose, world class fishing, or fabulous golf; The Cabo House has it all!

Beautiful home in great location. Property manager Cynthia helped with transportation, rentals and other logistics. Chef Mia made breakfasts and two dinners and was not only provided delicious meals for a wide range of ages, she was a delight to have with us every day. We rented two golf carts which were great to get around the Palmilla property. My suggestion to others would be to pay to heat the pool from day 1, as the cost was reasonable and the additional heat was needed for the otherwise too-cool pool.

I cannot describe how wonderful our visit was, the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. Palmilla was beautiful. Get a golf cart for sure!! It was fun just going around the resort!!!

This was a great house in a great location for our family of ten reunion, ages 7-70. Clean, spacious rooms, lovely pool, and walkable to the beach. We ended up using the beach next to the Palmilla (a short drive) which was calmer for the children. We took advantage of Cynthia, the concierge's, recommendation for a local chef prepared dinner. Excellent and well worth it. Only suggestion might be to have a cooler available...Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Casa Cabo Palmilla was the perfect property and location for our family of 10. A beautiful well appointed home, plenty of space and lovely amenities (especially the pool!). Sarah was very helpful and made the booking process easy. Cynthia our concierge, was amazing. She arranged our airport and restaurant transportation, crib rental, restaurant reservations, golf cart rental (best idea!), food provisioning for our arrival and two amazing dinners from Chef Elmar at Catering to Cabo. Jose and his staff were just great. As was the food and drink. We loved our 5 night stay at Casa Cabo Palmilla. Highly recommend.
