This was our annual family trip with our children and grandchildren. The pool was perfect for the young and old! We used it the entire trip. We enjoyed the river… it was shallow and clear…the littles played and swam while the guys fished. We brought a golf cart, which was great since it was uneven terrain and high grass to the river. The astroturf yard play area was perfect for the kiddos to play on. The house was fully stocked for all of our meals. We loved the large dining table for everyone to eat at together. We loved not having to bring our own towels and sheets. One concern was the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and sunk to the middle, but didn’t hinder our trip. It might have been nice to have cleaned up the area by the pool where there was grass and some stickers, but again… it didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Our family stayed here while in Kerrville for a Celebration of Life since it was close to the location of that event. We had 2 houses a couple hundred yards from each other so we didn't really use the kitchen much since we gathered at the other house more with all the family. However, this property was great for the younger kids in our family. They enjoyed the bocce ball on the lawn the outdoor space to play. My youngest grandson who is 2 especially enjoyed all the toys in the closet under the staircase. The property manager was very prompt with assisting us when we couldn't get the front door code to work. We recommend this location!
