Beautiful, spacious 3 floor, 5 bed property with hot tub/sauna situated in picturesque Grosmont, an ancient village near the border with England, between the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley.

With its stunning scenery it is an ideal base for sightseers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Also within easy reach are a number of castles and other places of historical interest.
The spacious 5 bedroomed property set over 3 floors, with a garden room at the rear that boasts a hot tub, sauna tv, drinks fridge and a comfortable seating area.
The accommodation includes, large family sitting room with log burner fire, dining room area with table that seats up to 10 people.
A large fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with W.C.

This property is perfectly situated in stunning countryside with easy access to visit surrounding areas.
The house itself is beautiful, it is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything and more you could need its like a home from home.
There is an extra bonus room with a sauna and hot tub which was well received by us, this again was spotlessly clean.
We were a group of 10 adults who throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay over the new year.
The owners Adrian and Lisa were perfect host's nothing was too much for them, and they were easy to contact, we would like to thank them both for letting us stay at their beautiful home.
We would definitely like to stay here again and would give it a 10 out of 10.

A lovely property, well looked after, in a great location.
Family had a great stay at this property, and the hot tub & sauna just made our stay.

The Haven had everything you might need, was beautiful, comfortable and sparkling clean. We loved the hot tub and sauna. It was an excellent place for different generations to share. Adrian and Lisa were very helpful and welcoming. Thank you!

Exactly what the group needed, it was literally a perfect 3 days away, the house was kitted out to the highest specification, nothing was too much trouble for Adrian and Lisa who live close by for any queries whilst we stayed and the picturesque village of Grosmont was simply beautiful and scenic. Worth every penny, luxurious property. The group I went with were talking about a return visit before we even left this time.... If you are thinking of booking it, just do it, I think they ordered in the beautiful sunshine for us as nothing was too much trouble.
